SPHURTI, program for rural children development, AASTHA, program for disabled children, Holistic Soccer Clinics and Junior Development Program for grassroots training are the four main programs through which the academy reaches out to neglected children from all spheres of life.
The training environment is focused on the learning process rather than the outcome, on personal improvement, on mastering of skills, on co-operation, human values and effortful involvement. The setup of this environment, where the emphasis is on individual challenge, short term goals and teamwork, helps develop children physically and mentally. Brainstorming sessions, entrepreneurial development programs, yoga, health camps combined with grassroots development ensure that the students develop holistically before they graduate. Global values such as honesty and fair play are stressed upon and students groomed to become responsible citizens.
