The project Seeks to develop social skills in children, adolescents and young people of the Commune 20 of Cali, Colombia through football. Social skills that allow them to build a life project, prevent violence, generate development processes in the territory and achieve a stronger role in the development of their communities.
This program seeks not only to prevent violence and danger in the streets, but also to encourage kids to go to school, to recover urban spaces for soccer practice and to promote healthy lifestyles in the population. To achieve this goal, we develop Training with a psychosocial component, for this we have a "Manual for the Development of Skills for Life Through Football" this methodology integrates sports support (activities based on soccer) to the development of social, emotional and cognitive skills, which The work is based on a series of themes oriented to the prevention of violence and the promotion of coexistence grouped into three major dimensions: individual dimension, family dimension and community dimension.
