We use rugby & boxing in order to motivate & inspire adults who are seeking employment in order to put them in a better mindset in terms of finding work. This has been our primary focus.
We use rugby in schools to teach children at risk of exclusion emotional regulation, control and discipline. This has come through us wanting to prevent people ever needing to come onto one of our adult courses.
