More about Promoting HIV Education To Young Adolescents in and out Schools through Football
The majority of people living with HIV in Busoga sub region are between the ages of 15 and 49- in the prime of their working lives. In response to this, Community Impact Uganda in partnership with our grassroots partners have come up with innovative approaches creating a platform that can be used as a tool for communicating vital messages, mobilizing communities to fight against HIV, and challenging the plethora of myths and stigma that surround the virus such as;
-What HIV is doing in Busoga sub region?
-What is HIV and what is AIDs?
-What the HIV virus does (how can one tell if someone has HIV, does HIV has symptoms, how does one know if he or she has HIV, how is HIV passed on, ways HIV can be transmitted, etc)
-How to Prevent HIV
-Positive living
-Etc
