More about Playdagogie
The Playdagogy program fosters positive behaviors among children aged 6 to 11 years old living in precarious situations on issues ranging from social cohesion, health and environmental awareness using a unique, fun and interactive methodology based on sport and play. The Playdagogy methodology designed by Sport Sans Frontières is unique in the way it uses a specific teaching method to integrate educational content directly in a structured sport session to increase the pedagogical impact on children. The main objective is to equip teachers and educators with relevant and hands on material to tackle social issues in a fun and interactive way. Complete thematic toolkits have been created on issues ranging from discrimination, violence, bullying, nutrition and obesity, disabilities and inclusion and gender. Innovations are rooted in a methodology drawn from over 15 years of experience delivering sport programs in developing countries including Kosovo, Afghanistan, Burundi and Haiti and adapted in France, UK and Italy.
