GOAL is a collaborative, multi-stakeholder initiative that links the private and NGO sectors. Naz Foundation India Trust developed the programme and delivers and implements it, coordinating across India and working directly with the young women. Standard Chartered Bank provides financial investment, management support and a network of employee volunteers in India who use their core skills to assist with the programme.
The International Federation of Netball Associations provides guidance and expertise as experts in the sport, providing training and coaches and facilitating opportunities for future development of skilled netball players. In each of our cities, we partner with local NGOs that focus on more general service projects to deliver the programme to their existing female clients. In our partnership model, each partner uses its core skills to ensure resources are maximised and everyone has the opportunity to contribute what they do best.
