Football is readily accepted and loved by millions of kids dreaming of one day kicking it out of poverty and becoming the next Drogba, Messi or Ronaldo. However, with limited resources, social prejudice (religion, women and sports), poor infrastructure there are many barriers that limit or give the opportunity to millions of kids to allow them to be kids and play and dream. FSA creates an environment that promotes both boys and girls to be able to play, train and compete while learning different valuable life skills that will empower them to become leaders and ambassadors of their community.
Through sports and having fun the kids learn to live a healthy life style and realize the importance of sports and health amongst many other things such as; attitude, team work, accountability, responsibility in what we term as being Hi 5 (having a positive attitude, having a goal and direction, to stand out and be proud, being a team player and taking small and smart steps).
