Our programs target various community problems that range from aggressive behavior reduction in Iraq to access to quality education in Nepal. FFCB always conduct an initial diagnosis visit to the territory, in which the scope of the program is defined jointly with local authorities and social organizations, taking into account the country’s most relevant social issues. FFCB designed a diagnosis manual with key questions involving:
Political situation analysis/ map of relevant stakeholders / geographical factors (climatology, etc.) / infrastructure analysis (sport venues, schools) / education sector situation (schooling levels, quality, etc.) / gender situation (parity, female access to education, etc.)
