DCCV uses football at the Education Center in different ways:
- Special games to certain topics developed by Coaches across continents and DCCV
- Normal football training with focus on social issues like team spirit, fair play and more
- Football 3: a special form of a football game which tackles gender equality and fair play
So in general DCCV uses football for education. For education that eradicates poverty. Football is such a strong tool, as the children love it and they learn the contents transmitted through the game in a playful way that keeps their interest awake.
The special games and social issues tackled in the football games focus on the topic of the month that the Education Center appoints each month (critical thinking, environment, etc.).
But of course they also focus on the main problems the participants suffer from: violence prevention, sexual health, gender equality and prevention of taking drugs.
