There are unacceptable variations in educational attainment between different groups and communities in Wales. The cost of not addressing the issue is not just economic, there are also effects on unemployment, crime, health and well-being.
The Foundation's education programme provides a positive learning environment which improves attitudes towards learning and support progression into further eduction and employment.
The Foundation are able to engage with employers to provide expertise, mentoring, work based learning and industry specific opportunity for young people.
