Educación para Compartir uses sport to educate and aid in the personal development of young people. Their mentors look to instil a sense of moral conscience in participants and help them understand the challenges that afflict them and their communities. By incorporating sports to cooperative games, girls, boys and teenagers suggest actions to avoid violence, promote respect for cultural diversity, and encourage inclusion and equality in each other.
