COBAP operates in urban and peri –urban poor communities with low social economic status living in the slum areas surrounding Kampala capital city. The project was designed to address social calamities among young people such as HIV/AIDS, Juvenile delinquency, drug abuse/ addictions, poverty and talent development promotion in poor urban communities.
COBAP steps on the power of sports to attract, motivate and inspire in its efforts to mobilize and empower communities to take actions that improve health especially in the fight against the above social issues.
