Oman Sail has partnered with BP Oman to launch the 'BP Oman Sail Young Leaders Programme' and offer 1,400 Omani students the opportunity to learn new skills through sailing that will increase their employability after graduation.
Through individual and team challenges onshore and offshore, the project has performed above expectations and is already 80% of the way to its target after just nine months.
