Alive and Kicking takes a practical approach to tackling unemployment by establishing social enterprises that manufacture sports balls using local materials. We do not run training programmes, we create fairly paid, ethical full time jobs in the production and distribution of high quality sports balls in Africa.
In Kenya, Zambia and Ghana we target our recruitment on different sectors that find it most difficult to secure a proper job, be it people with disabilities, women, young men or another marginalized group.
