The Family-In-Need Trust of Zimbabwe (FIN ) project is one recognized as leader focusing on gender and sport. It is aimed at equipping adolescent girls and young women exercise their rights through sport using peer to peer mobilisation and community activities to bring everyone together to advocate for their rights.
FIN introduces products that give access to knowledge, effective strategies and models to promote curricula, workshops, training's and other innovative tools based on proven grassroots approaches. FIN’s activities directly and indirectly enable girls and women to develop their full potential so they are empowered to improve their position in society and exercise their rights through sports programs that are specifically designed to address the barriers such as girls sexual abuse, domestic violence, that girls face on a daily basis to attain their rights and become fully active members of their communities.
