The pervasive lack of leadership has been the root cause of the demise in many African Countries. Sport (Basketball in this case) is a universal key to the doors of any nations. ABO organizes Leadership and Basketball Camps to foster academic and social development of student/athletes, coaches, and administrators involved in our programs. (ABO students and coaches learn about taking responsibility, teamwork, conflict resolution, sportsmanship, philanthropy, accountability)
