In Bogota, same as all over Colombia, children who attend public schools located in most depressed city sectors, do not have opportunities for sport inside and outside school.

Due economic household conditions (more 70% of them do not have regular employment, i.e. are in the informal economy, and 44% are developed in mono-parental households), parents do not have the possibility to sponsor them a sport because of economic constraints.

Sport in our project is a means of education for life, as well as a means to bridge the gap concerning social differences between private and public education.

According to surveys of level of satisfaction and impact, it was said, the vast majority of our children before the “ 40 hours project “ they were watching TV in the evenings, or looking for problems in the streets , without an adult referent who supervise them.
As them, children improved:

Coexistence: 66% say to relate better with others; 93% say , they have improved the abide by the rules and improve its relationship with others;
Self-knowledge: 93% say having won greater self-confidence, and 69% say, today know each other better;
