Empowering kids was at the basis of our Project. They choosed football and we helped them to build a club. Now 120 kids from 30 different national origins play with us.
Living in one of the most multicultural communities in Europe, Lavapiés, we soon discovered that creating a team there meant fighting discrimination, inequality and giving children new chances to socialize, have better health and learn positive habits that can be replicated in school. To have a real impact we had to partner with experts and other organizations with common goals.
