STEM Sports® Launches New Curricula, Virtual Assets and International Opportunities

July 31, 2020

Long-term Sport and STEM Alliance member, STEM Sports® has this year added new curricula as well as tools to assist educators around the world with virtual and distance learning.

STEM Golf and a Multi-Sport program for K-2 students have recently launched to sit alongside their popular and new, revised volumes of 3-5 and 6-8 grade supplemental curricula that use the real-life application of Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Multi-Sport and BMX.

Some description

With learning challenges provoked by the worldwide pandemic, STEM Sports® has developed assets to meet the needs of virtual STEM education. Digital presentations and electronic worksheets for each and every module have been created to assist educators with distance learning applications.

The STEM Sports® membership within the Sport & STEM Alliance as well as their participation in Beyond Sport’s in-person and interactive experiences have been a catalyst to international opportunities. Successful partnerships and pilot programs are underway in Australia, Canada, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Saudi Arabia, and several others. With STEM Sports® curriculum already in 48 states along with collaborations with professional sports leagues and their franchises, they will continue to enhance student’s skills and career preparedness, around the world.
