Manchester City Launch Cityzens Giving 2015

Manchester City is once again calling on its fans to help change lives around the world through the power of football.

Cityzens Giving is back for its second year to help young leaders in six cities use the beautiful game to tackle tough challenges affecting their communities.

The City Football Group and its partners have donated £400,000 and supporters will have the opportunity to decide how this money is split between the six causes.

This year City Football Group welcome passionate and committed young leaders from Kolkata, Cape Coast and São Paulo to the Cityzens Giving family, as well as our returning projects in Manchester, Melbourne and New York.

They will look to change the lives of more than 4,000 young people by delivering football based projects to address issues such as youth unemployment, health and hygiene and social inclusion.

Over the next six weeks, City fans will be able to vote for the cause that inspires them the most, meet some of the leaders inspiring the next generation at MCFC matchdays and hear from our players on why they’re supporting the campaign
