Beyond Sport and Boys & Girls Clubs of America have teamed up to provide Clubs with additional resources to support their mission, beginning with tools to support youth mental wellbeing.
Through Head In The Game, a program of Beyond Sport powered by the Z Zurich Foundation, Club professionals and volunteers can engage in free coaches’ training and join a community of coaches dedicated to furthering their impact on youth mental wellbeing.

The Head in the Game Learning Community is an interactive platform and space for those committed to advancing youth mental wellbeing. It brings together youth sports coaches, sports-based youth development non-profits, sports and mental wellbeing experts, and athletes and teams from across the sports sector to connect, learn, share, and inspire action.
Community members can:
- Access free resources and trainings led by sport and mental wellbeing experts
- Create and contribute to community conversations on supporting youth mental wellbeing
- Ask direct questions to and share ideas with other members
- Build community in interest-based “Team Huddles”
- Share and celebrate wins and best practices that lead to positive youth mental wellbeing
