Through our Social Reintegration through Sports Program and our Academic Support Program we run a programme for our beneficiaries designed to promote education, health awareness and stress management that will support our children to recover from the complex difficulties that confront them.
The children at our projects have come to us from living on the streets or abusive family situations , many are dedicated on drugs and solvents that induces short attention spans, temper issues, poor motor skills and little or no education or hope for the future.
They are unable to take responsibility or work as a team, we have found sport in its purest forms can help to bring a child “ alive” again and give them all the tools they will need to turn their life around, start to be healthy and re join education, in addition they develop a sense of pride in both themselves and for others in their “team”.
